If you don't like the usual file compressors, then you won't lose anything by trying this Zipghost. It is a practical tool to compress and decompress files.
Some of the festures of Zipghost are: you can batch process the compression/decompression, compress both files and whole folders (including the subfolders), the decompressions are done recursively so as to get the same structures as the original files/folders, etc.
It is interesting that Zipghost has a tool to autosearch for files within the compressed file, and also an access password for the resulting ZIP so that, this way, only those that know this password can decompress it.
